When you submit the company enquiry form, your supplied contact details, business information, preferences and message are emailed to admin@jclabsptyltd.com so JC Labs can assess and respond to your request. This is a real enquiry, separate from the simulated forms inside the fictional demonstrations.
Where the information goes
The website and email are handled through the existing IONOS hosting and email service. There is no separate website enquiry database. Your message is held in the company mailbox while needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. Please email us if you want to ask about access, correction or deletion; applicable business-record obligations may affect deletion.
What to leave out
Do not send passwords, account access, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive material. We arrange any necessary account access separately.
Browser and spam controls
Your demo shortlist is stored in this browser only and is included in an enquiry only when you choose to include it. You can clear it on the catalogue. The form uses an essential short-lived session cookie to prevent forged and duplicate submissions. Temporary request counters use a hash of the requesting IP address to limit spam, alongside a site-wide sending limit; they do not store your message. Old counter windows are removed during subsequent requests. Hosting and email providers may maintain normal operational logs.
No newsletter subscription
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We use the supplied details to respond about your project.
