Domain & hosting setup

Help choosing and connecting suitable hosting, the website address and HTTPS. Account ownership, renewal costs and access are recorded. New accounts, subscriptions and domain changes require your approval.

Updates & maintenance

Agreed website and dependency updates, followed by checks appropriate to the change. Third-party systems and major feature changes are scoped separately.

Backups & recovery

A backup schedule, retention period and restoration approach suited to your website. Database and order data require a plan beyond a static website archive.

Monitoring

Agreed availability checks and a process for reporting problems. Coverage, alert recipients and response arrangements are written into the care agreement.

Small content edits

An agreed allowance for changes such as opening hours, service wording and supplied images. New pages, redesigns and integrations sit outside that allowance.

Clear monthly scope

Confirm the monthly fee, included work, exclusions, cancellation and handover arrangements before starting. No fixed care price or response guarantee is advertised here.
